Project Status
Olympus Projects has carried out and delivered a major Exterior Refurbishment of Agiru Centre as phase-one of its project and construction management, in October 2024. Throughout the project life cycle, an initiation of the concept and construction of interior part of the building’s contract has been signed as phase-two of the project, project will commence as soon as 30% payment received as per signed contract.
