Project Status
The project offering mixed Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steel Building for office space and court hearings. Currently, construction activities – surface compaction and DCP testing are completed. This building project runs concurrently with Margarima Plaza, making it viable to meet project deadlines. The site conditions are predominately moist due to sporadic precipitation; however, access in and around the site and productivity appears relatively unaffected. More construction works is going on at this stage.
