Project Status
There was a number of setbacks to the project affecting its progress. However, the project delivery strategy was reviewed and now the project is progressing well as per the revised schedule and budget. The power project – 1MW Standby Power Switchyard is trending at 96% of the schedule including the procurement process are 100% completed. Project initiation with the foundational civil works for Genset installation is currently underway.
