Olympus Projects is the project manager on the proposed Kila Kila Vista Apartment at Kila Kila, Port Moresby, NCD.
The client wants a contemporary design of twelve (12) one bedroom self-contained apartments to be rented to single or married working professionals. The apartments offer each tenant their own exclusive undercover carpark, private balcony, bedroom with walk in wardrobe, separate spacious living, and kitchen and laundry, all within fully secure premise with 24 hour security.
The design incorporates solar lighting for all its electricity needs, full height glazing more natural light, Control 4 Home Automation System which automates each unit’s very own security system, air condition system, lighting, audio and video, and curtains, as well as the main shared access, making the Kila Kila Vista design truly Sustainably, Reliable and Innovative.
